Our ceremony & reception* will take place at the Pete Dye River Course in Radford, VA.
The ceremony will take place outside on the front lawn at 4:15 p.m. There is plenty of parking available onsite .
We are also providing transportation for guests to and from the Holiday Inn to the venue. The first bus will arrive at the hotel at 2:00 pm and leave for the wedding at 2:30 pm. The second shuttle will start boarding shortly after 3:00 pm and leave for the venue at 3:30 pm. While we realize taking the first bus will result in waiting around at the River Course for a little while, we’d like to encourage you to take it if you can so there is enough room on the second shuttle for everyone who wants to take it.
After the ceremony, guests are invited inside for a cocktail hour preceding the reception. The reception will last until around 11:30 pm, which is also when the final bus will depart for the Holiday Inn. There will also be two busses before in case you’re not a night owl. Those will depart for the Holiday Inn from the venue at 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm.
*Both the ceremony & reception are adult-only. If you’d like some babysitter recommendations, we know plenty of people with kids in the area who would be happy to help.
